CREDIT CARD charges explained
We have received several emails from concerned customers that they were being overcharged after using a card at one of our terminals.
Logging into your respective bank's website and viewing activity will show a pending charge, please be aware this is only a pre-authorization charge commonly called a "hold." Once the transaction has been processed, the actual charge will be processed. This may take up to 2 business days.
We apologize for any inconvenience but we have no control over this as the credit card company/merchant processor does this to ensure funds are available much in the way a gas station operates.
